Polish ICT Cluster

General Assembly of Members

The Cluster, as a joint venture, is governed by the Member Assembly which comprises of representatives of the cluster members.

The Assembly approves directions of development, programmes and operational strategy of the cluster, as well as makes decisions in the crucial matters concerning the cluster. The Assembly makes decision by means of resolutions in the presence of at least half of the current number of the cluster members by the majority of votes. In passing resolutions each of the cluster members has in principle one vote with a reservation that individual enterprise groups (microenterprises, small, medium, large and other entities) have jointly 20 percent of votes. The introduction of the division into groups is meant to maintain the balance during voting and protects the cluster against the preponderance of any of the above-mentioned groups.
